Looking for a simple way to add more vegetables to your daily meals — especially for kids or picky eaters?

This Carrot Paratha recipe using dehydrated carrot powder is soft, mildly sweet, and naturally colorful. It’s perfect for breakfast, lunchboxes, or a light dinner.

With Vasudha Food Labs 100% pure carrot powder, you get real carrot nutrition without peeling, grating, or cooking carrots every day.

Why Use Carrot Powder in Paratha?

Carrot powder is made by gently dehydrating fresh carrots and grinding them into a fine powder.

It helps you:

  • Add vegetable nutrition easily
  • Save prep time
  • Avoid wastage
  • Get consistent taste and color

It’s especially useful for busy mornings and kids’ meals.
