Carrot Paratha – Ingredients
You’ll need:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
- 2 tablespoons Vasudha Food Labs Carrot Powder

- 1 teaspoon oil or ghee
- Water (as needed)
- Ghee or oil for cooking
How to Make Carrot Paratha
Step 1 – Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, add atta, carrot powder, salt, and cumin seeds. Mix well.
Step 2 – Knead the dough
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Add oil and knead again. Rest for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3 – Roll the parathas
Divide dough into balls. Roll into medium-thick parathas using dry flour.
Step 4 – Cook
Heat a tawa. Cook both sides using ghee or oil until golden brown spots appear.
Step 5 – Serve hot
