Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict quality-focused return policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases of:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product delivered

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delay caused by courier partners
